Thank you for supporting the Eureka Council.  There are two ways to proceed.  Membership is $20 a year and needs a paper mail address; but brings with it full voting rights.  Being a Supporter is free, and we only need a hailing name, (G'day Jim, Dear Mary), so you keep your privacy.   Supporters are included in all discussions, and kept up to date generally; but they may not vote.
